ProActive Management works as a partnership between ARMS and yourself.  ARMS takes the time to understand your business both from your personal point of view and by examining the information contained in your reports.  Our Business Development team then analyse your business for weak points and untapped potential.  This information is discussed with you over the phone to develop an Action Plan with targets, time frames and the steps required to accomplish your goals.  The Action Plan is detailed and forwarded to you in writing.

Partners in Success has the power to take your business to new heights of performance with our fast-seller philosophy. 

Members of Partners in Success send their sales data each month to ARMS via the ARMS Global Net software.  Each member’s data is processed to identify the best fast-selling stock in the group, then this information is sent back to participating members.  This information is only available to PinS members, who can print reports to identify the fastest of the fast-selling stock items by category and by supplier.  With this invaluable data, you can replace old stock with fast sellers – a goal that is otherwise impossible for most jewellers.

To build on these benefits, three Partners in Success meetings are held each year to teach members how to harness its full power.  One of the great advantages of these meetings is the networking and information-sharing that takes place between members.
