Stock Management
Supergem
Supergem is the heart of the ARMS Business Development system, providing in-depth analysis on performance of your largest investment (stock), suppliers, and the resource that has the power to make or break your business  - staff.

Assembly/Disassembly
Assembly/Disassembly is essential in analyzing the profitability of your workshop.  This program gives a breakdown of components, labor, and material costs for each item assembled or manufactured in your workshop.  This will assist you when assembling components from different suppliers and is important in tracking semi mount and gemstone suppliers.  Read more.

Stocktake
Stocktake - every retailer’s nightmare - is now no longer the time consuming, frustrating ordeal that it was, thanks to ARMS Stocktake software.  Rolling stocktakes of your largest investment can now be done simply and quickly, department by department, month by month.  By using a laser scanning device you can quickly detect missing stock and put procedures in place to prevent loss of further stock.  Read more.

Customer Management
Customer Management
It costs six times as much to gain a new customer as it does to keep an existing customer, so it makes sense to know who your existing customers are and what they buy.  This module allows you to record events per customer, such as sales, refunds, repairs, birthdays and anniversaries, collectibles etc, to build up a history of their jewelry preferences and special occasions.  With literally thousands of customers, it is not economical to direct mail to the entire customer base.  By using ARMS’ Customer Management to carry out ProActive pinpoint marketing, you increase your sales in a very cost-effective manner.  Customer Management allows you to build a better relationship with each customer and attract long-term repeat business.  You can interface the Customer Management module with Imaging to see and show customers what they have purchased. Customer Management also includes the BOSS feature, which emulates the actions of a Point of Sale, but is designed to be used in a back office environment.  Read more.

Customer Accounts
If you are running more than 50 customer accounts, this program is an absolute must to maintain tight control of money owed to you.  Features include aging reports, statements, revolving or no interest accounts and credit limits.  Read more.

Financial Management
ARMS Financial Management suite of programs allows you to easily manage your Payables, Cash Flow and Profit and Loss Reporting.  The day-to-day entry, paying of bills and recording bank deposits flow directly into the cash flow and general ledger system.  This allows owners to see the critical cash flow information, and also get a complete Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet report for their accountant or taxes.  For clients who do not require the Profit & Loss and prefer a simpler approach to bookkeeping, the system can be configured on a cash flow basis only.  Read more.

Vendor Accounts option:
  • Allows you to have a stock entry create the accounts payable invoice, saving time on double entry
  • Gives you the ability to handle split terms on invoices such as 30/60/90 days, as well as discounts available
  • Check printing is extremely easy

  • View a vendor's balance on screen and drill down through transactions making up that balance

Layaway can be good or bad for business, depending on how well you manage it.  The ARMS Layaway program allows you to tightly control layaway transactions to ensure that it is a profitable part of your business.  In addition, by using our Layaway program you can further develop this part of your business to capture and manage the discretionary spending power of the consumer prior to peak selling times such as Christmas.
